This repository contains the source for version 0.1.6.1 of the IOHanalyzer (current version can be found at:https://github.com/IOHprofiler/IOHanalyzer) Additionally, several example datasets are included, which correspond to the examples shown in the paper "IOHanalyzer: Detailed Performance Analyses for Iterative OptimizationHeuristics". These datasets are as follows: - 2019gecco-ins1-11run: a processed R-data file containing a set of algorithms run on the full PBO suite - sample_data: both the raw (.zip) and processed (.rds) versions of the sample data containing the runs of two algorithms on a subset of the PBO suite. - SOS_DE_sample: a processed R-data file containing one algorithm run on f_0 to identify structural bias. This is extracted from SOS-based data, so the position information section is available for this dataset.
