Thalamita admete (Herbst, 1803) Material examined. 1 female (15.0 x 10.7 mm) (DABFUK), Kavaratti, 18 January 2015. This species was also observed from Minicoy (R. Ravinesh) but specimens not collected. Remarks. Thalamita admete was also observed from Minicoy but specimens were not collected. This is a widespread species in the Indo-West Pacific (Wee & Ng 1995; Apel & Spiridinov 1998); and it has previously been recorded from Lakshadweep by Thomas (1969), Rao et al. (1989), and Venkataraman et al. (2004).
