Bienvenue à Heimatland! Saurez-vous trouver votre place?

Abstract

Pour la sixième édition du Théâtre de la Connaissance, organisé à l'Université de Neuchâtel, “Bienvenue à Heimatland!” s'est inspiré des recherches réalisées dans le cadre du nccr – on the move et de la MAPS sur le thème de la gestion migratoire. Un jeu de rôle théâtral participatif proposait une expérience immersive durant laquelle les participant-e-s incarnaient le rôle de migrant-e-s de différents statuts arrivant dans un pays inconnu. Il leur fallait comprendre et gérer ce que l’on attendait d’elles et d'eux, formellement et implicitement, pour pouvoir espérer y rester. L’expérience invitait les participant-e-s à vivre pour un temps une réalité différente de la leur et à s’interroger sur les réactions et émotions que cette réalité produit. Dans un deuxième temps, un debriefing en petits groupes, suivi d’une discussion critique avec des chercheuses et chercheurs spécialistes du thème, a permis aux participant-e-s de nourrir leur regard réflexif sur l’expérience. L’événement, dans son ensemble, proposait une invitation à réfléchir ensemble sur un thème complexe au travers d’un format inédit. A l’issue de chaque soirée, une brochure pour prolonger la réflexion a été distribuée aux participant.e.s. Elle décrypte plusieurs clés du jeu en dialogue avec des recherches sur la gestion migratoire en Suisse.
