Abstract

Day by day new writing exists in Tamil literature. Writers do their jobs to cater for the intellectual needs of the people. the Tamil world of writing is indebted to the writers who constantly write and support Tamil flourishment. Novels are accepted and loved by the modern people of the Tamil Society. Muthulakshmi Raghavan is one of the notable novelists who put laurels to Tamil writing. Human life is merged with individual quality, language and country. Every writer will write in regard to it. The author has delicately shown the lifestyle of the characters of the modern man, thoughts, actions, problems, yearnings and longings in society. This article focuses on introducing the novels of Muthulakshmi Raghavan and the narrative techniques that she has employed to deliver her themes in the story and the creation of characterization in her novels.
