REDDESTONE CREEK DIPROTODON DENTAL MORPHOMETRIC AND MORPHOLOGICAL COMPARISON The Reddestone Creek Diprotodon assemblage is similar to that of the Myall Creek assemblage in that most of the material is represented by isolated teeth rather than dentaries or maxillae. Almost 50 Diprotodon teeth (mostly isolated) were examined from the assemblage. Reddestone Creek Diprotodon teeth are morphologically similar to those of other assemblages examined and do not warrant additional description. The means for most measurements of molar dimensions vary less than 1–2% in comparison with those of the Darling Downs, and the means overlap at less than one standard deviation (Tables 2, 3).
