GENUS SEGONZACIA GUINOT, 1989 Remarks: To date, this genus and its sole species, S. mesatlantica (originally described by Williams, 1988, as Bythograea mesatlantica), is the only genus of bythograeid crab known from the Atlantic. Reports of ‘ Segonzacia sp. ’ (e.g. Desbruyères et al., 2000, 2001) are assumed by us to be S. mesatlantica (below).
