Leopardus pardalis (Linnaeus, 1758) Figure 17 Records. First record was in October 14, 2013, camera trap 3 (25°03.59ʹ S, 049°57.26ʹ W) and subsequently in the monitoring sites (camera traps 5, 12, 13, 15 and 19, see Fig. 1 for coordinates). Identification. Five feline species were identified, based on patterns of body size and pelage. Leopardus pardalis was identified by its large body size, elongated rosettes pattern on the side of the body and a relatively smaller tail, when compared with other Leopardus species.
