Glischrochilus becvari was described by JELÍNEK (1999) from Taiwan and Yunnan. These two remote localities suggested a wider distribution of the species in continental China, which was confirmed by later records above. First records from Guizhou, Henan, Hubei, Shaanxi and Sichuan.
