Paralectotype: SU 23176 (4), same as holotype; SU 23009 (1), Sobun River; SU 23122 (1), Heirinbi; all probably coll. T. Aoki in 1916, sent by M. Oshima. Remark. Original description was based on a 172–mm TL specimen which was designated as lectotype by Eschmeyer (1998). Data from seven additional specimens were provided and three lots of paralectotypes were relocated by us.
