This repository contains code used for the Analysis of "Seasonal Modulation of Dissolved Oxygen in the Equatorial Pacific by Tropical Instability Vortices" By Eddebbar et al. Submitted to JGR Oceans. Data including CESM-HR and CESM-LR model outputs and particle tracking simulation outputs are available under Zenodo record 5254068 This repository contains the following items: 1. Environment file (environment.yml) including all packages used in this analysis 2. Notebooks to reproduce the analysis and plotting for Figure 1 through 12 3. Python Scripts to run forward (Run_Parcels.py) and backward (Run_Parcels_BWD.py) Particle tracking simulations using Parcels. Particle trajectories provided in data repository
