Il Viaggio di Marco Polo da Tabriz a Xanadu

Abstract

In quattro discussioni precedenti, e seguendo quanto riportato nel Milione, abbiamo studiato alcune parti del viaggio di Marco Polo che ha portato il veneziano fino alla corte di Kublai Khan a Xanadu. Ora presentiamo il tragitto completo da Tabriz in Persia a Xanadu, residenza estiva del Khan. Un ulteriore itinerario da Pechino a Xanadu sarà riproposto.
