Abstract

Seira dowlingi (Wray, 1953) Drepanocyrtus dowlingi Wray, 1953: Puerto Libertad, Republica Dominicana (orig. descr.). Specimens examined. 2 females on slides, 5 in alcohol, 1 used for DNA extraction. China: Hainan Province: Sanya beach, January 17, 2020, coll. Yu, D. Specimens are deposited in the collection of the College of Plant Protection, Nanjing Agricultural University, P. R. China. Ecology. Specimens from China were found in rotten coconut tree sediments in the coastal zone of Sanya beach, south of Hainan island/province. Distribution. Dominican Republic, Cuba, Galápagos, Panama, Puerto Rico, United States, Peru, Brazil and China (new record).
