Abstract

Resiko kegagalan (risk of failures) selalu ada untuk semua kegiatan usaha ataupun pekerjaan apabila adanya ketidaksempurnaan dalam perancangan kegiatan, kurangnya kecermatan dalam pelaksanaan ataupun karena ketidaksengajaan. Kecelakaan kerja merupakan salah satu bentuk dari risk of failures. Kecelakaan kerja berpotensi mengakibatkan kerugian, baik itu kerugian material ataupun moral bahkan dapat merenggut nyawa seseorang. Kerugian yang diakibatkan oleh kecelakaan kerja tidak sedikit, sehingga perlu dilakukan langkah-langkah pencegahan untuk meminimalisir bahkan menghilangkan kerugian
