Oenopia lyncea (Olivier, 1808) (Fig. 1D) Coccinella lyncea Olivier, 1808: 1056. MATÉRIEL EXAMINÉ. — Belvédère, route des Adrets, sur Quercus pubescens Willdenow, 1796, 950 m, 7.VIII.2010 (collecteurs: MB et SB): 1 spécimen, coll. SB. DISTRIBUTION. — Îles Baléares, Portugal, Espagne, Italie, Sardaigne et Sicile. Présente dans toute la France mais moins commune que O. conglobata. DIAGNOSE. — Espèce de 3,3 à 4,5 mm de longueur, au corps court, moyennement convexe et glabre. Chez la forme nominative, le pronotum est jaune avec, dans sa moitié postérieure, un épaississement rectangulaire bilobé de couleur noir. Les élytres sont jaunes avec des lignes noires coalescentes qui délimitent six grosses taches plus ou moins arrondies. ÉCOLOGIE. — Sur les strates arbustives et arborescentes (sur chênes: Quercus ilex Linnaeus, 1753 notamment), dans les clairières et les lisières. Aphidiphage.
