This data collection contains the data and analysis scripts for the publication "A flexible system-on-a-chip control hardware for atomic, molecular and optical physics experiments". Each compressed folder corresponds to the figure of the same name in the publication and contains one or several data folders with the data text files, values separated by comma (csv), the Python 3 analysis script and the figure in portable document format (pdf) and Encapsulated PostScript (EPS) format. This is the second revision with minor changes on the figures. Submitted to Review of Scientific Instruments.
