L-GrassF is a 3D Functionnal Structural Plant Model of perennial grasses morphogenesis and phenology. The public repository is available at https://github.com/openalea-incubator/lgrass. The present archive provides the model sources (openalea-incubator/lgrass-4.1.zip) and the Singularity container (lgrass.simg) used to generate the simulations presented in Rouet et al. (2022).
