Abstract

Abstract In more and more uncertain environments, the companies find that the satisfying the needs of the consumers is not a strategic option but a strategic necessity. This paper presents a new model based on 2-Tuple Genetic Algorithm technique to the voice of consumer manage-ment in the New Product Development problem. Also, an illustrative example is offered in or-der to facilitating the explanation of the model.
