This study aimed to determine the proficiency level of Grade 2 learners in English vocabulary at Saint Charles Academy, San Carlos City, Pangasinan, during the school year 2019-2020. Further, it aimed to develop and validate a vocabulary booklet intended to enhance their proficiency level in English vocabulary. The proficiency level in the vocabulary of the Grade 2 learners is 70.90, which is described as the beginning. The proposed enriched vocabulary booklet was utilized to help improve the level of proficiency in vocabulary among the Grade 2 learners. After using the proposed Enriched Vocabulary Booklet, the Grade 2 learners have significantly improved their proficiency level, obtaining a percentage rating of 93.48. This corresponds to an Advanced Proficiency Level. The researcher recommends using the proposed enriched vocabulary booklet to help enhance the level of proficiency in vocabulary among the Grade 2 learners.
