First release of cophylospace example. We illustrate the application of the cophylospace approach presented in Next-generation cophylogeny: unravelling eco-evolutionary processes in R (R Core Team 2021). We analyze the patterns of association of 14 Ligophorus spp. (Monogenea: Dactylogyridae) on six Mediterranean and Black Sea species of grey mullets (Mugilidae). Cophylogenetic signal and the interactions between phylogeny and morphology of hosts and parasites are assessed. To this end, we use phylogenetic and morphological information of hosts and parasites. | selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
