If a grid-connected energy community wants to gain the full benefits of the local market and all its potential revenue streams, the trading mechanisms and information exchange procedures must be designed to be compatible with the external markets. This work has received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under project DOMINOES (grant agreement No 771066).
