The present dataset supports the paper of Formisano et al., (2020) that investigates on the effects of two 50-mesh insect nets with different porosity on yield and quality attributes of zucchini squash (Cucurbita pepo L.) fruits. The original paper was published in Plants MDPI journal and can be found at https://doi.org/10.3390/plants9101264. The present dataset provides additional information about the effects of insect nets with different porosity on the accumulation of minerals and organic acids in zucchini leaves and fruits. The data presented in this dataset are organized in a Microsoft Excel file named "Dataset_ zucchini squash.xlsx". The workbook has two spreadsheets (e.g., “leaves” and “fruits”) with the same data layout, distributed in thirteen columns (from letters A to M) and ten rows. Specifically: Column A: Treatments (“No-net”, “50 mesh AP”, and "50 mesh”. Column B: number of replicates for each treatment. Column C: total nitrogen content determined by the Kjeldahl method Column D to column M: concentrations of NO3, K, PO4, SO4, Ca, Mg, Cl, Na, malate, and citrate
citations This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0
popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average
