Abstract

Der vorliegende Code ist Teil der Masterarbeit „Quantifizierung und Klassifizierung von Mikrogelen mittels Korrelation von Mikroskopiedaten“ von Moritz Lafendt, welche im Zeitraum vom 10.11.2020 bis 04.05.2021 im Arbeitskreis von Prof. Dominik Wöll am Institut für physikalische Chemie der RWTH Aachen University verfasst wurde. In dieser Arbeit wurde eine Methodik zur systematischen und routinebasierten Analyse von Mikrogel-Punktwolkendaten aus Super-Resolution-Fluorescence-Microscopy-Messungen entwickelt. In dieser Analyse werden sieben Kennzahlen (Features) mit physikochemischem Bezug aus den einzelnen Mikrogel-Punktwolken extrahiert.
