Coffee Lecture Slides: Rechte an Forschungsdaten

Abstract

Deutsch: Coffe Lecture Folien: Rechte an Forschungsdaten (Coffee Lecture 28.04.2021) Im Laufe des wissenschaftlichen Arbeitens können immer wieder Fragen zu Urheber-, Nutzungs- und Verwertungsrechten an Forschungsdaten auftreten. Fallen Forschungsdaten unter das Urheberrecht? Was unterscheidet Urheberpersönlichkeitsrechte von Nutzungsrechten? Wer entscheidet über eine Veröffentlichung von Daten? Gibt es Unterschiede für Studierende, Promovierende und Professorinnen und Professoren? Welche gesetzlichen Regelungen gibt es? Die Coffee Lecture „Rechte an Forschungsdaten“ adressiert diese Fragen und gibt Hinweise zur Vermeidung von Konfliktpotential. Video: Link ------------------------------------------------------ English: Coffee Lecture Slides: Rechte an Forschungsdaten (Coffee Lecture 28.04.2021, only available in German) In the course of scientific work, questions about copyright, rights of use and exploitation of research data can arise. Do research data fall under copyright law? What distinguishes moral rights from rights of use? Who decides whether to publish data? Are there differences for students, doctoral students and professors? What are the legal regulations? The Coffee Lecture "Rechte an Forschungsdaten" addresses these questions and gives advice on how to avoid potential conflicts. Video: Link
