Distribution in Brazil: AL*, AM (Nieser 1970a), MG (Nieser & Melo 1997), MT (Nieser 1970a; Fernandes & Wanzeler 2010), PA (Nieser 1970a; Moreira et al. 2011b; Cunha et al. 2015; Guterres et al. 2019; Cunha & Juen 2020; Kaishian et al. 2020), PI (Rodrigues et al. 2012), RJ (Drake 1942; Moreira et al. 2011b), SE*.
