Abstract

En 2008, les Académies suisses des sciences ont publié des « principes de base et des règles de procédure sur l’intégrité scientifique ». Depuis, le monde de la science s’est profondément modifié. Afin de tenir compte de cette évolution, un groupe d'expert·e·s composé de représentant·e·s des Académies suisses, du Fonds national suisse, de swissuniversities et d’Innosuisse a élaboré un nouveau code de conduite dans le domaine de l’intégrité scientifique. Il se base sur les principes fondamentaux de fiabilité, honnêteté, respect et responsabilité, et contribue à renforcer de manière durable une culture de l’intégrité scientifique. Grâce à ce code de conduite, un comportement scientifique intègre doit être renforcé dans tous les secteurs de la recherche et de l’enseignement, en particulier aussi au niveau de la formation et de l’encouragement de la relève. Le code de conduite prend en compte les développements actuels dans les domaines de l’open science et des médias sociaux et éclaire le thème des délais de prescription. La manière dont ces normes sont ancrées dans leurs propres règlements et mises en œuvre de façon concrète relève de la responsabilité des hautes écoles et des organismes de financement.
