The common problem of attendance control can be applied to all the areas of human activities - government sector or commercial. Usually it necessitates to create specialized IT infrastructure to solve this problem, for example the electronic gates in the airports, the electronic barriers in the offices and business centers. This paper is dedicated to the development of attendance control system on the basis of the wireless sensor network (WSN), particularly for the students attendance examination during the academic year. We propose the solution that can be integrated into different kind of environment without necessity of complicated IT infrastructure changes.
