Rhagovelia elegans Uhler, 1894 (Figs 92, 97) Geographical distribution: Brazil (Gould 1931), Colombia (Gould 1931), Costa Rica (Polhemus 1997), Dominica (Bacon 1956), Ecuador (Polhemus 1997), Grenada (Uhler 1894a), Hispaniola Island (Polhemus 1997), Martinique (De Kort-Gommers & Nieser 1969), Panama (Champion 1898), Saint Kitts & Nevis (Bacon 1956), Saint Lucia (Polhemus 1997), Saint Vincent & the Grenadines (Uhler 1893), Trinidad & Tobago (Gould 1931), Venezuela (Hungerford 1944). Distribution in Brazil: AL*, AM (Bacon 1956; Polhemus 1997; Cordeiro & Moreira 2015), AP (Polhemus 1997), ES (Moreira et al. 2010), PA (Bacon 1956; Polhemus 1997; Moreira & Campos 2012; Cunha et al. 2015; Cunha & Juen 2017; Cunha & Juen 2020), MT (Fernandes & Wanzeler 2010; Dias-Silva et al. 2013; Giehl et al. 2018), RJ (Drake 1948; Moreira et al. 2012), SE (Moreira & Campos 2012).
