This report constitutes Deliverables 8.4 for Work Package 8 of the InGRID-2 project. In the first phase (within InGRID, 2013-2017), the integrated poverty and living conditions indicator system (IPOLIS) was produced for the easy-to-reach, age-specific vulnerable groups: children, young people and older people. We planned still from the start of the InGRID project to extend the indicator system database to additional vulnerable groups, once they can be coherently identified in a large data infrastructure and robust indicators can be produced. Accordingly, in InGRID-2 we aimed to continue to develop the IPOLIS database to better facilitate new research on poverty, living conditions and social policy, as well as to extend it with additional vulnerable groups. Four groups were considered: (i) disabled people, (ii) migrant people and people with migrant background, (iii) Roma people and (iv) people living in institutions, but the extension of IPOLIS has been restricted to the two former group, due to the availability of indicators based on timely and cross-country comparable data sources for most of the EU member states. The present deliverable includes the codebook of the two modules: disabled persons and migrants.
