Genus Pterocetus n. gen. TYPE SPECIES. — Pterocetus benguelae n. gen., n. sp., by present designation. ETYMOLOGY. — From Ancient Greek “pteryx”, wing, for the large wing-like preorbital processes and from Latin “cetus”, whale. Gender masculine. DIAGNOSIS. — Same as for the species.
