Datasets including: Structured illumination microscopy of mitochondria and Drp1 (Data acquired at the Janelia Research Center, Advanced Imaging Center using the SLM-based SIM setup): Prefix Fission_: Fission events, n=84 Prefix Reversal_:Reversal events, n=45 Temporal resolution: 1 s Pixel size: 40.5 nm Structured illumination microscopy of mitochondria and Drp1 under control and nocodazole treatment, imaged on a commercial N-SIM at the BIOP imaging core facility at EPFL: prefix: noco_ nocodazole treated prefix: control_ control (equivalent volume of DMSO) pixel size: 30 nm temporal resolution: 6-8 seconds Confocal Leica SP8 imaging of mitoBFP, Drp1mCherry and Dyn2GFP at the BIOP imaging core facility at EPFL: lif files containing metadata with pixel size and temporal resolution
