In our research we will examine the impact of this project on the public that is using the same route where this project is going on. As the project was aim to operational in Feb, 2017 but same is still under construction and the construction delay is hindering daily routine of the public. We are going to deploy a twofold research method where in general research survey will be conducted using questionnaire approach and another questionnaire from experts. The cost benefit analysis also clearly depict that people impacted both in terms on time and fuel consumption i.e. and estimated increase in travel time is more than one hour and .72liter is fuel consumption per user per day.
