Abstract

Khaya madagascariensis Jum. & H. Perrier (Fig. 7) Comptes-Rendus hebdomadaires des S��ances de l���Acad��mie des Sciences 142: 901 (1906); Annales du Mus��e colonial de Marseille, s��r. 2, 5: 366 (1907). REMARQUE Dans les deux publications, les auteurs ne citent ni ��chantillons, ni localit��s. Nous avons trouv�� �� P un seul num��ro de r��colte, Perrier de la B��thie 1396 dont la date de r��colte est ant��rieure �� la publication. Cette r��colte comprend quatre parts dont une est composite: une base de feuille avec trois folioles, une enveloppe contenant des fleurs et une ��tiquette manuscrite de Perrier avec la description de la fleur. Si tout le mat��riel v��g��tatif a ��t�� pr��lev�� sur un rejet, les fleurs l���ont ��t�� sur un autre pied. Aucune part ne porte l���indication ��type�� de la main de Jumelle ou de Perrier. ��tant donn�� la pauvret�� du mat��riel ��� quelques fleurs et des feuilles provenant d���un rejet ��� il convient, outre de lectotypifier ce nom, d���y adjoindre comme ��pitype une r��colte qui puisse mieux appr��hender ce taxon. TYPE. ��� D��sign�� ici: Madagascar. Rives du Iabohazo, st., IX.1902, H. Perrier de la B��thie 1396 (lecto-, P [P00501615] (Fig. 7); isolecto-, P [P00501614, P00501616, P00501617]!). REMARQUE Toutes ces parts portent l���indication de la partie foliaire concern��e. Le lectotype a ��t�� choisi sur la part comprenant trois paires de folioles sommitales. Perrier de la B��thie 8226 (P[P00501622]!). ��PITYPE. ���D��sign�� ici: Madagascar. bois, bords des rivi��res sur alluvions calcaires ou siliceuses, sur le Bemarivo (Boina), X.1907, H. Perrier de la B��thie 5944 (��pi-, P[P00501625]; iso��pi-, P[P00501623, P00501624]!).
