R package allowing to import ASCII files as produced by the Rheowin software for data analysis in R.Compared to v1.0, we added a simple polynomial model for the steep dependency of G' (Evans&Lips, https://doi.org/10.1039/ft9908603413) on solid content in dense suspensions as well a literature osmotic deswelling model for the solid phase (Pellet & Cloitre, https://doi.org/10.1039/c5sm03001c). To install in R, use: library(devtools) install_github("tbgitoo/rheologyEvaluation") This R package was used to rheological experiments for various hydrogels for the publication "An Injectable MetaBiomaterial: From Design and Simulation ot In Vivo Shaping and Tissue Induction", by A. Béduer, F.Bonini, C. Verheyen et al. (DOI: 10.1002/adma.202102350). Usage examples can be found in the associated CodeOcean reproducible evaluation capsule (DOI: 10.24433/CO.6934377.v1: in the capsule, see /code/Data analysis/Data import/Rheology for example scripts).
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
