Este artículo es un avance de investigación sobre el sitio rupestre de El Jazmín, Michoacán, México. Está localizado en la región oriental del Estado, caracterizada por ser una zona montañosa que históricamente ha sido escenario de constantes conflictos bélicos desde la época prehispánica hasta el siglo XX. Se presenta un primer análisis de uno de los paneles que más llamaron la atención, pues este cuenta con una importante carga de grafismos relacionados con la guerra. ENGLISH: Military and Ceremonial Iconography at El Jazmin, a Rock Art Site in Eastern Michoacan, Mexico. This article is a research advance on the rock art site of El Jazmin, Michoacan, Mexico. It is located in the eastern region of the state, which is characterized by being a mountainous area that historically has been the scene of constant war conflicts from pre-Hispanic times to the twentieth century. We present a first analysis of one of the most interesting panels, because it has a significant load of graphics related to the war.
