A checklist is presented with 359 species of coastal marine Testaceous Gastropods collected in the area between the towns of Cullera and Denia (Gulf of Valencia, East of the Iberian Peninsula). A separate appendix is included with bathyal species (49 species) and pelagic species (18 species), obtained from sediments collected by trawlers working on the Gulf of Valencia. The species Cerithiopsis annae, Cerithiopsis ladae, Cima apicisbelli, Volvarina mitrella, Mangelia sandrii,Mangelia brusinae, Chrysallida multicostata, Calliostracon tyrrhenicum and Tjaernoeia boucheti are reported for the first time on the Iberian peninsular coast. The species Nassarius vaucheri, characteristic of northern Africa and the Straits of Gibraltar, is recorded for the first time in this area. The possible existence of new species distinguished respectively from Caecum trachea (Montagu, 1803) and Eulimella acicula (Philippi, 1836), is discussed.
