These are images of Alexa647/Phalloidin fluorescence (f-actin labeling) on fibroblast cells. Observation at 60x NA=1.4. It is a "typical but not perfect" acquisition + calibration package (near optimal network/detector position). You will find a cell reconstruction image (.tif, the color coding for z) of what is obtained with 750GB of processed data. But as 750Go is not sendable, there is only a part of the images (the first 50 000) to get trained on the image analysis process. The associated calibration images are present in the form "Stack=XXXX_Im=YYYYYY_Z=zzzz.tif" with XXXX the number of the zstack (in this case there are 2 successive z stacks at the same place), YYYYY the ith image at a zzzz position (in nm).
