Abstract

Version 2 is an update of the original replication package uploaded on Feb 7, 2021 This version makes the following changes, per the request of the journal data editor: 1. Capitalized path names in "build_data.do," to be consistent with the subfolder capitalization (e.g. "temp" -> "Temp") 2. Added references to "ivreg2", "ranktest", and "ivreghdfe" in the README file

This package contains all public data underlying the analyses in Borusyak et al. (2021), instructions for how remaining data can be accessed, and code to reproduce all datasets and analyses.
