This dataset can be used as benchmark for the expert set expansion problem, where, given a set of known experts the objective is to find the n most suitable for expansion. It contains the list of PC members of four conferences, in particular, it contains committee members of for the years 2007 - 2017 for two established conferences from data management: ACM SIGMOD and VLDB and two well-known conferences from digital libraries: TPDL and JCDL. Committee members lists are split into 5 & 10 folds to facilitate evaluation. The data were gathered by scrapping the official Web pages of these conferences.
