The article addresses the priority of the cultural phenomenon at the level of international strategies as an integrating factor of the training of students and of educating society as a whole. The author examines the values and importance of arts education, as well as quality assurance in the field of vocational education in fine arts. In the same vein, a number of recommendations are formulated concerning education in the spirit of forming the students’ artistic culture through the fine arts.
