Objectifs de l'étude: Retracer les évolutions de consommation protéique chez les adulte en France entre 2010 et 2019. Principaux résultats: Les Français consomment suffisamment de protéines et d'acides aminés indispensables La durabilité des régimes semble dépendre de la nature des protéines consommées Choisir des sources d'apport en protéines pour réduire les risques pour la santé et pour l'environnement Les évolutions des profils de consommation protéique sont mal connues
