A REFORMA PSIQUIÁTRICA NA CONCEPÇÃO E PRÁTICA DE UMA EQUIPE TRANSDISCIPLINAR DE PROFISSIONAIS DA SAÚDE EM UM CENTRO DE CONVIVÊNCIA

Abstract

Cet article traite du développement et des résultats d'une recherche menée au Centre de cohabitation psychosociale de la municipalité de Santo Antonio do Descoberto. L'objectif de cette étude était d'analyser la perception de l'équipe transdisciplinaire du Living Life Cohabitation Center et de comprendre comment les professionnels voient le service dans lequel ils sont insérés compte tenu de la réforme psychiatrique, les aspects qui facilitent et rendent cette action difficile. A cet effet, une approche quantitative a été adoptée à travers un questionnaire objectif auprès de 35 collaborateurs de l'établissement, les résultats obtenus indiquent que la perception de l'équipe transdisciplinaire sur la réforme psychiatrique est répartie entre les catégories, considérant que seuls 47% des professionnels étudiés connaissent le processus de réforme psychiatrique, et se composaient majoritairement d'infirmiers et d'infirmiers techniciens. Il a été conclu que 53% des travailleurs présentaient des difficultés dans la connaissance de la loi, 10 216/01 qui régit le processus de réforme psychiatrique, mais pratiquent l'assistance des personnes interrogées au patient souffrant de troubles mentaux, est conforme aux principes de la réforme psychiatrique, étant notoire l'humanisation des soins, la centralité médicale et l'inclusion des membres de la famille dans le processus du thérapeute. Il est souligné ici que l'institution n'explore que des investissements théoriques sur la réforme psychiatrique, qualifiant davantage son équipe transdisciplinaire.

It is pointed out here that the institution explores but theoretical investment on psychiatric reform, further qualifying its transdisciplinary team.

Este artículo trata sobre el desarrollo y los resultados de una investigación realizada en el Centro de Convivencia Psicosocial del Municipio de Santo Antonio do Descoberto. El objetivo de este estudio fue analizar la percepción del equipo transdisciplinario del Centro de Convivencia Vida Viva y entender cómo ven los profesionales el servicio en el que se insertan considerando la Reforma Psiquiátrica, los aspectos que facilitan y dificultan esta acción. Para ello, se adoptó un enfoque cuantitativo a través de un cuestionario objetivo con 35 empleados de la institución, los resultados obtenidos indican que la percepción del equipo transdisciplinario sobre reforma psiquiátrica se divide entre las categorías, considerando que solo el 47% de los profesionales estudiados conocen el proceso de reforma psiquiátrica, y en su mayoría compuesto por enfermeros y técnicos de enfermería. Se concluyó que el 53% de los trabajadores presentó dificultades en el conocimiento de la ley, 10,216/01 que rige el proceso de reforma psiquiátrica, sin embargo practicar la asistencia de los encuestados al paciente con trastorno mental, es consistente con los principios de la reforma psiquiátrica, siendo notoria la humanización en la atención, la centralidad médica y la inclusión de los familiares en el proceso terapeuta. Se señala aquí que la institución explora una inversión teórica en la reforma psiquiátrica, calificando aún más a su equipo transdisciplinario.

تتناول هذه المقالة تطور ونتائج بحث تم إجراؤه في مركز التعايش النفسي الاجتماعي التابع لبلدية سانتو أنطونيو دو ديسكوبيرتو. كان الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو تحليل تصور الفريق متعدد التخصصات لمركز التعايش الحياتي وفهم كيف يرى المهنيون الخدمة التي يتم إدخالهم فيها مع الأخذ في الاعتبار الإصلاح النفسي، والجوانب التي تسهل وتجعل هذا الإجراء صعبًا. لهذا الغرض، تم اعتماد نهج كمي من خلال استبيان موضوعي مع 35 موظفًا في المؤسسة، وتشير النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها إلى أن تصور الفريق متعدد التخصصات حول إصلاح الطب النفسي مقسم بين الفئات، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار أن 47 ٪ فقط من المهنيين الذين تمت دراستهم على دراية بعملية إصلاح الطب النفسي، ومعظمهم من الممرضين وفنيي التمريض. وخلص إلى أن 53 ٪ من العمال واجهوا صعوبات في معرفة القانون، 10،216/01 الذي يحكم عملية الإصلاح النفسي، ومع ذلك فإن ممارسة مساعدة أولئك الذين شملهم الاستطلاع للمريض المصاب باضطراب عقلي، تتفق مع مبادئ الإصلاح النفسي، كونها سيئة السمعة أنسنة في الرعاية، والمركزية الطبية، وإدراج أفراد الأسرة في عملية المعالج. يشار هنا إلى أن المؤسسة تستكشف ولكن الاستثمار النظري في إصلاح الطب النفسي، مما يؤهل فريقها متعدد التخصصات.
