ABSTRACT The purpose of this article focuses on analyzing the experiences of young university students enrolled in the programs of the different faculties and those who carry out entrepreneurship projects in the municipality of Garzón, for which reason it has theoretically been based on theories of entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity, to strengthen the leadership capacity from the academy, with projects that will possibly boost the competitive forces of the municipality and the region. The methodology is based on statistics and bibliographic review. The sample consisted of 45 students expressing lack of support and motivation for the investigative work.
