Organisationale Resilienz messen

Abstract

Die Fähigkeit einer Organisation, mit Widrigkeiten und Rückschlägen erfolgreich umzugehen, wird als ihre Resilienz bezeichnet. Jedoch ist das Konzept relativ abstrakt. Eine Messung der Organisationalen Resilienz schafft Abhilfe. Durch einen Benchmark wird es möglich, praktische Konsequenzen zu erörtern und die Unternehmensfitness systematisch zu verbessern.
