Genomic signatures of the evolution of defence against its natural enemies in the poisonous and medicinal plant Datura stramonium (Solanaceae)

Abstract

This release contains all the workflow, scripts, commands, and links to software that were used for the assembly of two genomes of Datura stramonium. Also, contains the annotation pipeline and extensive comparative genomics with 11 Solanaceae species: construction of gene families and analyses of positive selection, physicochemical divergence and expansions, contraction, and enrichment analyses on gene families.
