The scientific work presents the results of the analysis of the state of implementation of the dual form of education in Ukraine with the identification of key issues that hinder the development of this form of education. In particular, the aspect of training of government officials within such training and their practical skills in the aspect of using statistical information as a decision-making tool are analyzed. The state of possession of civil servants with practical skills in the analysis, use and reliability of existing statistical analysis is studied. Based on the identified problems in the training of future personnel in the field of public administration, recommendations have been developed for the modernization of educational programs for the study of statistical disciplines using the dual form of education.
