We build capacities across a wide range of stakeholders to enable them with the skills needed to actively participate in the different stages of policymaking, such as setting an agenda, policy development, policy formulation, policy evaluation and policy implementation. This set of cards and canvas has been designed to support multi-stake co-creation forum at HE and Government level to start designing and co-creating Open Education Policies.
