Instruction for zMesh: 1.Get the applications at http://davis.lbl.gov/Manuals/BISICLES-DOCS/index.html. 2.Copy the files in AMR/filetool/ to the directory of $BISICLES/code/filetool/, and compile. 3.Set the ZFP and SZ compressors and set the Makefile in AMR/repostitory/. 4.Follow the scripts in AMR/repostitory/ for the results of MAC, CR, time overhead, etc. 5.We also provide the python scripts to plot the result figures.
