The study examined the strategies for counselling against teenage pregnancy among female secondary school students in Anambra State. The study adopted a survey research design and was guided by one research question. A total of 119 guidance counsellors were used for the study. The whole population served as the sample size. Data were collected using structured questionnaire developed by the researchers; the data were analysed using arithmetic mean. The findings showed that use of dialogue, encouraging abstinence; organizing seminars on the dangers of teenage pregnancy, among others are among the strategies for counselling against teenage pregnancy. Based on the findings, recommendations were made among which are; that sex education should be incorporated into the curriculum of secondary schools and guidance counsellors should initiate intensive campaign on sex education.
