Mus. 28: 328. = Adoxophyes prosiliens Meyrick, 1928; Exotic Microlepid. 3: 454 TL: Borneo, Sarawak (moderatana); India, Andamans, Port Blair (prosiliens). Distribution: India (Andaman Islands); Borneo; Malaysia; Sulawesi; Thailand; Vietnam (Robinson et al. 1994; Nedoshivina 2013). Hosts: Larvae feed on a wide variety of hosts including Mangifera indica (Anacardiaceae), Ochroma pyramidale (Bombaceae), Glycine max (Fabaceae), Ficus spp. (Moraceae), Psidium guajava (Myrtaceae), Pinus caribaea (Pinaceae), Camellia sinensis (Theaceae), and many others (Yunus & Ho 1980; Robinson et al. 1994; Novotny et al. 2005).
