In New Brunswick, this species was collected from decaying gilled mushrooms and drift material on river margins. Elsewhere in Canada most adults were collected from litter near various wetlands (stream and pond margins) (Klimaszewski et al. 2006). Adults were collected in April, May, and September. Collection method: sifting. Distribution in Canada and Alaska. AK, YT, NT, AB, MB, ON, QC, NB (Klimaszewski et al. 2006; Gouix and Klimaszewski 2007).
